How to Lodge a Complaint

Contact the GRO directly

Email solutiondeft@gmail.com or call +91 96027 10777. Provide your full name, folio number / transaction details, and description of the issue. We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt.

Resolution

We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 working days of receipt. If additional information is needed, we will reach out promptly.

Escalate to AMC / RTA

If your complaint is about a specific mutual fund scheme, you may also approach the respective AMC's investor services team or the RTA (CAMS / KFintech) directly.

SCORES — SEBI Complaint Redressal

If your grievance remains unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate to SEBI via SCORES (Securities and Exchange Board of India Complaints Redressal System).

SMART ODR — Online Dispute Resolution

For disputes not resolved through SCORES, SMART ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) provides an independent conciliation and arbitration mechanism.
