This Investor Charter is published by DEFT SERVICES (ARN-110481) in the AMFI-prescribed format for Mutual Fund Distributors as per regulatory requirements (MFD-GRV-003).

A. Vision and Mission

Vision

To be a trusted and compliant mutual fund distributor, helping investors access regulated investment products with full transparency.

Mission

To facilitate informed investment transactions across mutual fund schemes while adhering to all AMFI and SEBI guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

B. Details of Business Transacted

Services Offered

Distribution of mutual fund schemes (Regular Plans) including equity, debt, hybrid, passive, and liquid funds. SIP, SWP, Lumpsum, and Switch transactions facilitated. PMS distribution under APRN-05434.

What We Do Not Do

We do not provide investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. We do not manage client portfolios directly.

C. Investors' Rights and Obligations

Right to Information

Investors have the right to receive complete information about the mutual fund scheme, including scheme documents (SID, SAI, KIM), NAV, portfolio, and expense ratio before investing.

Right to Fair Treatment

Investors shall be treated fairly and without discrimination. No misleading information will be provided.

Right to Transparency

Investors have the right to know about commissions earned by the distributor. This information is available on our Commissions page.

Right to Grievance Redressal

Investors may raise complaints with the GRO, escalate to the AMC, then to SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in), and further to SMART ODR (smartodr.in).

Right to Direct Plans

Investors have the right to invest in Direct Plans of mutual funds (without distributor commission), which have a lower expense ratio.

Obligations of Investors

Investors must provide accurate KYC information, read all scheme-related documents carefully, assess their own risk appetite, and inform us of any changes in contact or financial details.

D. Dos and Don'ts for Investors

Dos

√ Read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) before investing. √ Check the ARN of the distributor before transacting. √ Verify your investment / folio statement regularly. √ Register for SEBI SCORES to escalate unresolved grievances. √ Ensure KYC is complete and up-to-date.

Don'ts

✗ Don't invest based on verbal assurances of guaranteed returns. ✗ Don't sign blank forms or provide blank cheques. ✗ Don't pay cash for mutual fund investments. ✗ Don't share your login credentials, OTP, or PIN with anyone. ✗ Don't fall prey to unsolicited calls claiming to offer guaranteed returns.
